Delivery, Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

At Climefy, we value transparency and strive to provide clear guidelines regarding the delivery, payment, refunds, and cancellation of our services. Please read through our policies to understand what to expect when using Climefy.

1. Delivery of Services

Climefy offers digital services including carbon footprint calculators, carbon offset issuance, Sustainability Academy courses, API integrations, and digital tools. These services are delivered digitally and do not involve physical shipment.

  1. Carbon Offset Certificates: After purchasing carbon offsets through our marketplace or Net Zero Journey, users will receive a digital certificate via email.
  2. Carbon Footprint Reports: Individuals and businesses can download digital reports after completing their carbon footprint assessments.
  3. Course Access: Upon successful enrollment in Climefy’s Sustainability Academy, users receive instant information regarding course confirmation and instructions via email.
  4. API & Widget Integration: For businesses using our API or digital integration services, delivery will involve access to API documentation and activation of services. Setup and technical support will be provided via email or our support portal.

2- Service Access

Access to Climefy services is typically provided instantly upon successful payment. For some business services, such as carbon offset issuance or ESG consultancy, the delivery timeline will depend on the specific scope of the project. If there are delays, customers can contact us at support@climefy.com.

3- Payment Policy

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for all Climefy services:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Bank Transfers (primarily for business services)

4- Pricing

All prices for Climefy’s services, including carbon offsets, courses, and digital tools, are clearly listed on our website. Pricing may vary for international users based on applicable taxes or fees.

5- Refund Policy

  1. Due to the nature of carbon offset transactions, refunds are not available once a carbon offset is issued or retired. Climefy verifies and certifies carbon offsets, and once issued, they cannot be canceled or refunded.
  2. Refunds for courses are only available if the cancellation is requested before the course start date. Once a course has started or materials have been shared, no refunds will be issued.
  3. For digital services such as API and widget integrations, refunds may be provided only if the service has not yet been activated. Once the service is active, refunds are not available. Contact support@climefy.com for any inquiries.
  4. Consultancy services, including ESG consultancy and Net Zero Journey plans, are customized based on your project. As a result, refunds are not available once work has commenced on the project or the carbon calculator plan has been bought.

6- Cancellation Policy

  1. If you wish to cancel a course enrollment, you can do so before the course start date and receive a full refund. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the course has started.
  2. Once carbon offsets are purchased and issued, cancellations are not permitted. This is due to the carbon offsets being certified and retired on behalf of the user, making the transaction permanent.
  3. For businesses using Climefy’s API or Sustainability Widgets, cancellations can be requested before the service is activated. Once active, cancellations are not possible. If you have questions about your subscription or service, contact support@climefy.com.
