How It Works
Project Registration
Approved project developers submit their verified and validated projects to Climefy for certification. Once the project is approved, it is listed in the registry for public access.
Carbon Offset Issuance
After successful validation and verification, carbon offsets are issued to the project owner and listed in the registry, allowing for full transparency.
Transfer of Ownership
When carbon credits are purchased, the ownership is updated within the registry, ensuring a seamless and transparent transaction.
Offset Retirement
Once carbon offsets are used to neutralize emissions, they are marked as “retired” in the registry, ensuring that the same offset is not used more than once.
